Proximal Ulna

The proximal ulna, like the distal humerus, is based on a fixed-hinge design, which reproduces the anatomical axis of rotation of the elbow joint.

The humeral component of the proximal ulna implant is identical to that of the distal humerus. The ulnar component is curved to follow the anatomical shape of the natural ulna and its length is custom designed. The ulnar component provides suture holes proximally for the triceps tendon and osseointegration structures distally at the resection level. The minimum length of the ulnar component is 66 mm.

The ulnar stems are taper-locked to the ulna and are also customized to accommodate the patient’s specific requirements
